"Christmas in Scotland" It was the second time we had stayed at Logie Barn, we were the first people to stay at the cottage in 2008. We have a lovely relaxing Christmas, probably more so because it rained a lot. The cottage had everything we needed, maybe the TV could be a bit bigger. Good food at the Royal hotel.


"Comfortable cosy cottage with home comforts" Warm welcome from the owners who lived across the drive in a beautiful stone house. Logie Barn was warm and private but we missed not having a view. The cottage was within easy reach of many tourist attractions, Stirling Castle, The William Wallace Monument, Bannockburn, Falkirk Wheel, Scone Palace, Dumfermlin abbey, Dunblane Cathedral, Crieff Visitor Centre, Drummond Castle gardens to name a few. A lovely place to stay.


"Quaint but functional cottage in classic surrounds" Well kept and appointed cottage ideally located for the surrounding attractions. Located in a safe backyard in very attractive'suburbia'. Not too far from many attractions. Would and do recommend the cottage and the delightful town to future travellers. Relaxed and approachable owners nearby.


"Home from home in Scotland" The cottage was just what we wanted for a stay in Scotland at NewYear. Warm and cosy and ideal situation for our family visits.


"Lovely cosy cottage for two" We stayed in this cottage for a week over Christmas. We absolutely loved it; it's beautifully furnished and very well maintained, and it was perfect for the two of us. It's actually even nicer than it looks in the pictures. The cottage provides all the amenities you could need... central heating, oven, washing machine, microwave, TV & DVD player, and many other useful appliances. The location was great, Bridge of allan is really pretty and also it's only 10-15 minutes away from Stirling, and less than an hour's drive from Glasgow and Edinburgh. The area is perfect for some long countryside walks, and the owners of the cottage provided plenty of helpful information. I would definitely recommend this cottage.


"A clean, safe, comfortable, quiet home away from home." We enjoyed our week at Logie Barn. We found it centrally located, close to many places of interest, especially Wallace Monument & Stirling Castle. A perfect self catering cottage for two people. It was very clean, the kitchen was efficient, the bathroom modern, the living/dining room area was large and comfortable, the bed room was small but adequate. We found it through an online search and booked and paid through Mackay's agency who acted on behalf of the owners.
