How much can you charge?
It is impossible to give rental suggestions without having details of
your property such as location, views, numbers accommodated,
standard
and quality of facilities. Our representatives will be pleased to advise
you when they visit your property. Certain times of the year are more
popular and therefore your prices will vary across the year. You may
extend your season considerably by accepting short breaks. Our job is to
maximise bookings and letting income for you – realistic pricing is key
to successful letting.
When will you be paid?
You will be paid in advance at the beginning of each month for holidays
taking place in that month.
Can I take my own bookings?
We are one of the few Agents that do not charge for owner bookings.
All you need to do is contact us to check that the dates you want to
book are free.
What does the service cost?
We charge a very competitive rate of commission on bookings taken and an
annual marketing fee. Our representative will explain the full details
to you on our first visit to the property.
